نقشهٔ چهار نوع
Zero: present + present | First: present + will | Second: past + would | Third: past perfect + would have
۱. Zero conditional
If water ___ below zero, it freezes. (cool / cools)
Answer
cools؛ واقعیت عمومی و هر دو بند حال سادهاند.
۲. First conditional
If Sara studies carefully, she ___ the details. (will remember / would remember)
Answer
will remember؛ امکان واقعی آینده.
۳. فعل بند if
If it ___ tomorrow, we will stay inside. (rains / will rain)
Answer
rains؛ در بند if شرط نوع اول، حال ساده میآید.
۴. Second conditional
If I had more time, I ___ another language. (would learn / will learn)
Answer
would learn؛ فرض غیرواقعی یا دور از واقعیت در حال.
۵. Were
If I ___ you, I would check the answer again. (were / am)
Answer
were؛ ساخت رایج فرض خلاف واقع.
۶. Third conditional
If they had left earlier, they ___ the bus. (would have caught / would catch)
Answer
would have caught؛ موقعیت خلاف واقع در گذشته.
۷. کاملکردن بند شرط
If she ___ the map, she would not have taken the wrong road. (had checked / checked)
Answer
had checked؛ بند if در شرط نوع سوم past perfect است.
۸. تشخیص نوع
If people practice regularly, they improve. نوع جمله چیست؟
Answer
Zero conditional؛ رابطهٔ عمومی را بیان میکند.
۹. معنا
If I knew the answer, I would tell you. آیا گوینده اکنون پاسخ را میداند؟
Answer
ساخت شرط نوع دوم نشان میدهد فرض بر ندانستن پاسخ در حال است.
۱۰. اصلاح
If he will call me, I will answer. جملهٔ شرط نوع اول را اصلاح کن.
Answer
If he calls me, I will answer.
